At the Institute of Mechanics and Mechatronics, in the Research Unit of Measurement and Actuator Technology TU Wien offers 3 positions as student employee (all genders) in research/administration for 10 hours per week to max. 15 hours per week each. Expected start: July 2025. This positions are limited to expected 1 years, but no longer than the completion of a master's or diploma degree.
Tasks:
- Committed collaboration in the preparation and implementation of projects
- Administrative participation in teaching as well as in the supervision of students
- Organizational support in the supervision of exercises
- Cooperation in organizational and administrative tasks in the field of teaching
Your profile:
- Enrolled in a relevant program (mechanical engineering, computational science and engineering, physics, mathematics)
- Specific subject knowledge: finite element method, measurement technology, control theory
- Experience as a tutor is an advantage
- Team- and communication skills

Entry level salary is determined by the pay grade C of the Austrian collective agreement for university staff. This is a minimum of currently EUR 674.80/month gross, 14 times/year for 10 hours/week.
